Florin C. Ciobica (Romania)

Florin C. Ciobîcă works în Botoșani, Romania, as teacher and writer. His haiku have appeared in several  journals, and anthologies. He coordinates the Sakura Haiku Club in his hometown, proposes themes for the monthly Romanian Kukai, and takes part in the organizing team of the International Haiku Contest Sharpening the green pencil. Over time, he has won several awards in haiku competitions organized in his country or abroad.
