entranced
by the kiss of ripples
the veil of lace

far off
a golden egg
nestles
in the hope
of cracking tomorrow

how oppressive
a grey day appears
until
a chance wind shift
a different truth

showing
your great age
while welcoming
the wanderers
where will you take me

incense smoke
