waterfall

snow roses frosted petals scrunch underfoot

pink rose
bit by bit the
barrenness of snow
melts

thin ice
the shadow of a thought
sliding away

after the sun sets
a whole galaxy
of mystery

being wealthy
i’ve the protection
of a high tech fort
but i can’t handle the weeds
growing within

my vision blurred
i need not a doctor for
the eyes
this pain of forgiveness
healing my torn heart
