Mary Catherine Harper, Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award winner and recipient of the Gwendolyn Brooks Poetry Prize, served as the 2019 Ohio Arts Council Poetry Resident at the Fine Arts Work Center of Cape Cod. Her published works include The Found Object Imagines a Life: New and Selected Poems (2022), Some Gods Don’t Need Saints (2016), and poems in several journals, including The Comstock Review, Cold Mountain Review, and New England Review.
