Shinsaku Ashida is a Japanese poet based in Tokyo. His work has been published in over 130 newspapers, magazines, and literary festivals in Japan, and in 20 publications across five countries internationally. Ashida’s poetry explores themes such as memory, impermanence, and the hidden dimensions of everyday life. In addition to poetry, he writes haiku, tanka, and haiga, seeking to create connections between cultures through the universal language of poetry.
